The In-Laws, and the small world
Some relatives pay a visit….

Now I know that the title and abstract make it sound like this is going to be a negative post. Well it’s not. In fact it’s just based on a little joke. My Aunt Tricia (Mother’s oldest sibling) always says to my Dad “So Brother-in-law what would it take to fix <insert house hold item here>?” Which really means “Trevin could you fix <insert same house hold item here>?” And since we are generally there to visit, and or eat it means “Fix <insert house hold .. you get the idea> or don’t eat!”

Any ways, back to the entry. So my Aunt Tricia, Uncle Darrel, and my cousin Emily came up for lunch today. It worked out well because as it happens, Emily was going to a camp in Monticello this last week and they could just pick her up on the way here (they live in Cedar Rapids and Monticello is about half way between there and here). Well I recalled talking to Elise about her camp and how it was in Monticello, or outside of it… So I asked my Aunt and she says to me “Elise! She was practically the last camp person we talked to there!” Well it seems that Emily had spent the week with Elise, I must ask how it went, from Elise’s perspective. All in all just shows how small the world really is.
